Cassie Schend

Hi, I'm Cassie! I've been working in Prevention for about 9 years now. I started as a Youth Advocate while I was getting my Masters in Human Development and Family Studies. I'm now the Project Director at The Village for Families and Children. I am the Program Coordinator for Vernon's Drug Free Communities grant, but also oversee DMHAS and SAMHSA grants for Ellington and Stafford. In prevention, I get excited by creating new partnerships and diving into the data. My fellow CAPP Board members have shared one of my strengths is organization and reporting.
